This past week, we've finished another GT-R build for an excited client of ours. Our client brought his car in for an SPE650 package upgrade. His goal for us to achieve was to keep it simple and fun, and we all like it simple and fun. Throw away the worries and headaches, and stick with as little upgrade as possible with the perfect amount of power for everyday commutes. If you guys are avid readers of our blog, you'll notice many of our clients wanting to give their SPE package a slight twist and/or change up.
Take a look.
The initial tear down and prepping for the SPE650 package install. We love fender covers.
With the SPE650 package comes the TiTek Cast Stainless Downpipes for better exhaust flow, eliminating any restrictions that the factory pipes have restricted.
As for the slight change up, our client of course wanted the extra added power, but also wanted to mantain his DB level a little lower than normal. With that said, he asked for a Cobb Catted Mid-Pipe instead of the TiTek Race Mid-Pipe that is included in the package.
Howard, our technician, installing the small items that make a big difference in performance...
... Like a set of these 1000cc Injector Dynamics.
And these HKS Super Fire Racing Spark Plugs we provide for every build we do.
Injectors and spark plugs installation...
With the small items tucked in safe and sound, the final step was to install the Got Boost 3" Intake Kit and Cobb AccessPORT w/ TCM our client wanted to run.
SPE650 Package:

TiTek Cast Stainless Downpipes
Cobb Catted Mid Pipe
